Claire Dufois is originally from Tours, France, and began dancing at the age of four.
She received her Diploma of Choreographic Studies in Contemporary dance, with merit at the National Conservatoire of Tours in 2004. Since then, she has studied at Conservatoire of La Rochelle, Junior Ballet of Geneva, and most recently earned her Bachelor in Art Degree at London Contemporary Dance School.
Claire is a performer and improviser, particularly interested in physical-theatre and multi-disciplinary art performance. She has worked with choreographers such as Pedro Pauwels, Cyril Viallon, Pascal Gracat and Prisca Harsch, Joszef Trefelli, Katie Green, Frauke Requardt, Daniel Kramer and Richard Alston.
She plays viola and has her Certificate of Musical from the National Music School of La Rochelle.
Claire is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in French Sign Language at Université de Rouen hopes to become an art therapist.
